Α winter Wedding of  Panagiotis & Eleni @Ktima LAAS

Some say that you are not a completed wedding photographer, unless you shoot a winter wedding. It is mostly common, that weddings occur in mid summer, under the hot sun and with sea views on the horizon. Especially in Greece it is a little rare to try and get married in winter. Luckily that was not the case with this couple. Panagiotis and Eleni are two close friends from my sister’s side. They were friends since elementary school, so almost half of the guests of this wedding had passed from my home since my teen age. Their wedding took place at Ktima Laas. a unique venue with breathtaking views over the east suburbs of Attica. One thing that I will nerver forget about this wedding, was the terrible weather that fate was holding for us. Winds of 60-70 km/h and pouring rain was the majority of the weather conditions for the whole ceremony. Thankfully this was not enough to dicrease their happy mood and the party hold up until late midnight. We made our beautiful afterwedding shoot at the snowy Parnitha mountain with below zero degrees of temperature. Their love was enough to keep them warm and happy!
